  My Grandmother was there for approximately 24hrs and we brought her home. She has Alzheimer's and her mobility was declining and we needed additional help with her needs. We(my mother which is her daughter, and I )thought placing her in a facility with round the clock care was best for her. We were wrong. In a span of 24 hrs, they let a woman who never wets herself, wet herself 3 times. The only way this could happen was if they neglected her needs as a whole.
  
  When we arrived to visit this morning, we found my grandmother by herself in a small room near the nurses station trying to get up and go to the bathroom. She needs assistance with bathroom needs but can use the toilet. My mother and I took her back to her room and into the toilet. She had already begun to wet herself. This never happens at home. As the visit progressed we realized her pants she arrived in were missing. Since we were to do her laundry, we realized she had wet them and they laundered them. As we checked her pajamas from the night we noticed they too were wet and up in the top of her closet. We also had to track down the foot rests for her wheelchair. No one knew where they were so we checked the rehab gym and they were there.
  
  There was never a nurse or cna to greet us or ask if she needed anything. Her water cup was empty and the bed was without proper bedding.
  
  This was a simple case of neglect so we simply removed her from the premises. How difficult is it to ask a person every couple of hours if they need to use the bathroom. She may have Alzheimer's but she can still speak and let you know her basic needs. If a stranger met her you wouldn't know anything was the matter with her but she does need some care.
  
  This was a massive failure and I do not recommend this facility to anyone who actually needs some type of care assistance. It may be ok if you are of sound mind and just need a place to sleep and eat but it isn't a place to receive proper care.
  
  When we placed my Grandmother there, I was hoping the bad reviews were just one offs. I was hoping this us were better as the rooms were large and brighter than most places but we learned the hard way, looks can be deceiving.
  
  If I could give a -5 ⭐ I would.
